You are invited to attend FHRA's AGM that will be held at the

Royal British Legion, Common Road, Flackwell Heath on Thursday 6th April 2017.  Doors open from 1930, for a 2000 start.

The usual Agenda will apply in terms of the acceptance of the previous minutes and any matters arising, followed by a review of our 2016 activities and the approval of the accounts.

However, the Election process that usually follows may be quite interesting as several committee members are standing down and we have several vacancies.  Without finding more volunteers there is a very real danger this could be FHRA's final AGM.  These are the roles that are vacant:

Chairman
Secretary
Membership Secretary

We look forward to seeing you at the AGM - could you be an FHRA committee member?  Don't be put off by the word committee ... we actually have a lot of fun!

Best wishes
Chloë
